Mind-Body Health and Well-Being
This is an excellent training for developing the positive psychology of healthcare and well-being through directly accessing the mind body connection. On this two day training Paula Pluck will share proven strategies to help you or your clients lead healthier and happier lives.
Eastern traditions, along with Christian mystics, have taught for thousands f years that meditation and mindfulness lead to increased health and well-being. The latest scientific research is also confirming that integrating mindfulness into your life enhances your mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Paula, who has had 20 years experience as a mindfulness/meditation teacher and business consultant in organisational development; has also in the last year been trained by William as an Endorphin Effect Coach (Dec 2010) and spent 7 days CPD with Robert Holden studying Happiness and Lovability. She will step by step show you how the following easy to apply techniques can provide you with a great formula for increased health, happiness and success:
Objectives include:

Course Entry Requirements
Applicants need to: Have ideally completed the Foundation Course Relaxation, Meditation and Mindfulness or have acceptable qualifications, in related areas e.g. health professionals, HR professionals and those working in the field of physical, mental or emotional well-being. Or be able to demonstrate that their accumulated knowledge and skills is equal to the requirements of the above.

All students that obtain a CThA Approved Core Therapy qualification will automatically be accepted as members.
All Approved Core Therapy or Post Graduate Qualification therapies are automatically accepted for addition to the professional’s register of treatments and will be covered by our insurance.
